1. Common PCB circuit board failures are mainly concentrated on components, such as capacitors, resistors, inductors, diodes, triodes, field effect transistors, etc. The integrated chips and crystal oscillators are obviously damaged, and it is more intuitive to judge the failure of these components It can be observed with the eyes. There are more obvious burning marks on the surface of electronic components with obvious damage. Such failures can be solved by directly replacing the problematic components with new ones.
2. Not all damage to electronic components can be observed with the naked eye, and professional inspection tools are needed for maintenance. Commonly used inspection tools include: multimeter, capacitance meter, etc. When it is detected that the voltage or current of an electronic component is not within the normal range, it means that there is a problem with the component or the previous component. Replace it and check to see if it is normal.
3. Sometimes when we supply the components on the PCB board, we will encounter the situation that no problem can be detected, but the circuit board cannot work normally. In fact, when encountering this kind of situation, many times it is due to the coordination of various components during the installation process that the performance may be unstable; you can try to judge the possible range of the fault based on the current and voltage, and minimize the fault area ;then try replacing the suspect component until the problem component is found.
